Return Policy
• 1. Unused and Fully Sealed Products
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt,
provided they are in their original condition, unused, and sealed in their original
packaging without any damage or opening. - In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs
If the product is part of a promotional offer or discount, the return value will be calculated after
applying the discount. The original product price will not be refunded; instead, the actual amount
paid after the discount will be returned.
2. Opened or Used Products
No product that has been opened or used can be returned or exchanged, in order
to maintain safety and public health standards for consumers.
3. Defective Products (Manufacturing Defects)
Products found to have manufacturing defects can be returned or exchanged
within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
General Notes:
- The product to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of a clear and proven manufacturing defect.
- Customers can use the return or exchange service only once per order.
- All returned products are subject to inspection, and any opened or used product will be disposed of according to approved health and safety standards.
